How long does shipping take from Pismo Beach, CA?  

  • USA ORDERS We're an online boutique bringing you the cutest clothing and accessories at the best prices. We do our best to process and ship orders same day, but do have a 1 day processing time on orders, just in case. If an item in your order is out of stock, it may be a few additional days for processing. When your package ships you will receive an email notification. Delivery is typically 2 - 5 days once shipped.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Our standard shipping requires 4 days for processing. When your item(s) ship, you will receive an email notification. Delivery can take 2-4 weeks after item has shipped. Customers outside the USA are responsible for any customs, duties, or tax fees.

    *Due to different countries policies and customs hold, we cannot guarantee a shipping or delivery time frame outside of the continental USA. All time frames given are estimated averages of shipping and delivery times per country. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries and cannot issue refunds while items are in transit or in process of being delivered. Please contact us within 60 days of placing an order if you have not received your packages. After 60 days, we are no longer responsible for refunds or replacements as the tracking will expire and we cannot confirm the delivery status. All inquiries should be emailed to sales@harperliz.com

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS BEING PROVIDED AT TIME OF ORDER. We ship out all orders within 4 days, if you provide an incorrect address you will need to wait until the packages are returned to our warehouse, inspected for quality and pay a $25.00 re shipment fee. Please make sure your address is correct and include any PO Box, Apartment or Unit information.

*It is the customers responsibility to collect their packages from their local postal courier within 14 days of the package arriving; if you are located in an area that does not deliver to the home address. Any packages that are marked return to sender will not be reshipped and refunds will not be approved. Unfortunately packages marked return to sender very rarely are returned to our warehouses. Please be sure to track your packages and pay attention to the email alerts we send.

If your package is confirmed delivered through a postal courier, we are not able to refund or replace the items. We recommend to do the following:

      • Product care instructions?

      Most of our items can be machine washed in a light cold cycle.  We find they wash best when turned inside out first for both washer + dryer cycle.  Certain items with tassels, rhinestones, lace, etc should be hand washed and laid flat to dry.  Also, knitted items should be hand washed as well.

      • Is my personal information secure?
      At Harper Liz Boutique, we keep to the highest industry standards for payment and processing. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and is not stored.
