WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- All Orders Ship From Pismo Beach, California within 72 hours, with most orders shipping within 24 hours.
- We ship all domestic orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight.
- Most orders arrive within 2 – 3 business days, there can be delays with USPS that are out of our control.
- As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
- 2 Day Shipping is available for an added cost. 2 day shipping orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped on Monday (holidays excluded).
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
- We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $65.00.
- Standard shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $5.95.
- USPS 2 Business Day Shipping is $31.99.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
- International orders are shipped via USPS International unless otherwise specified.
- International shipping can take a minimum of 7 – 21 days, sometimes longer.
- Each country has different customs rules and regulations and may charge you a fee to receive your package.
- If your package has not arrived within 21 days, it is most likely delayed in customs, unfortunately we have no control if and when this happens.
HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST?
- Please Note: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- The full original value of your order must be disclosed on the customs package.
- International Shipping Rates are based on the size of the order. Orders under $25.00 are $15.00 to ship, Orders $25.01 - $50.00 are $20.00 to ship, Orders $50.01 - $100.00 are $35.00 to ship, Orders $100.01 and up are $45.00 to ship.
- Due to certain areas being unable to accept USPS packages, we do have DHL shipping available at a higher cost. DHL takes 3 – 5 business days to deliver.
- DHL Costs are as follows: Orders under $50.00 cost $60.00 to ship, Orders $50.01 - $100.00 cost $105.00 to ship and orders over $100.01 cost $185.00 to ship.
- Once orders are in possession of the USPS or designated courier, we can no longer be responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please be sure to follow the tracking notifications and collect your package from your mailbox or door step as quickly as possible to avoid theft.
- If your order is confirmed delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check your mailbox, doorstep and any other common place your mail may be left. Please check with other members of your household and neighbors to see if they received your package. If you cannot locate your package after that, please contact USPS with your tracking number. Your package may have been undelivered or scanned incorrectly and still in possession of USPS.
- We understand the extra time out of your day and frustration this can cause and are happy to help you throughout the process until you locate your package. We prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible and cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or theft once USPS is in possession of your package.
